Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule—feel free to contact us!

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

A: If it rains on the day, we will basically cancel the tour, but if you would like to shoot even on a rainy day, please contact us.

Q: Can I bring my family/friends? Is there an extra charge for additional people?

A: No extra charge for groups of 3 or more!

Q: How long will it take to receive my photos, and how will they be delivered?

A: You will receive your edited, high-resolution photos via an online gallery link within 1–2 days.

Q: Can I change outfits during the shoot?

A: Yes! You are welcome to bring an extra outfit.

Q: Can we shoot at specific locations not listed on the plan (e.g., Asakusa, Akihabara)?

A: Yes! That’s what our Custom Plan is for. Feel free to share your dream spots, and we will build a unique route just for you.
